MAC-REC
Weekday mornings from 8-Noon, and evenings from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

MAC-REC is a summer program developed for youth of all ages to come and hang out, make new friendships, and stay fit with organized games and athletics; all within a safe environment. 

Highlights of each daily recreational shift include basketball, street hockey, four-square,  organized athletic games, board games, snacks to purchase, and relationships being built between community members.  The parking lot of Maple Avenue Ministries is transformed into the local neighborhood hangout spot.  Join us for the free drop-in times Monday through Friday.

They say there is no such thing as a free lunch, but what about breakfast? MAC-REC is pleased to announce a nutritious breakfast is available to kids of all ages, from 8-9 a.m., served by our friendly volunteer staff. The MAC-REC program is leading the way to fill a vital need by being the first program in the city to serve a free morning meal to area children.
